Mac is one of the best trainers that I've ever worked with. Very old school. I love the fact that he's constantly educating you on how the body works. A lot of trainers will run you through all these exercise to make you feel like you got a good workout in but you don't see the results.
I love that Mac is so personal with his clients. I joined Fit One and before then I never did any type of weight training so my body was just soft no muscle whatsoever. I go 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday Friday. Between this time I've been pretty consistent but will admit there have been a week here or there where I have fallen off. Nonetheless I've tried to maintain eating properly. It's taken time to see results. Without a doubt I can tell you that I am much stronger than I was when I first joined. There are a lot of myths about lifting weights and getting bulky. That was one of my biggest concerns. I have not bulked up yet instead I've toned up.
Anyway all I can say is that I am 100%, pleased with my results. I've gained a lot of discipline too. I have also found that balance between being able to get my metabolism under control. Since I've been building muscle I'm looking a lot smaller than I was ironically. Mac takes pride in each and every one of his clients. He's going to give you the science behind every piece of information that he gives you. He's even made me want to eat a lot better. He'll also give you a meal plan to follow. Oh let me also add that his schedule is very flexible. I love the fact that I can come in anytime between 5:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. No rigid schedule. If I could give 10 stars I would but it only allows you to give 5. That said I would definitely recommend FitOne for your personal training needs.
